1. Have regular bowel
movement, at least once per day with firm and shaped stool, not too
loose, sticky or too hard.
2. Have regular urination
at least 5 - 7 times per day with light yellow urine that's not too dark
like tea or light coloured as water.
3. Have good sleep that
you can fall into sleep easily, no disturbed vivid dreams that you still
remember days after; wake up in the morning felling refreshed, not tired
or unable to get out of the bed easily.
4. Have cool head and
warm feet normally, especially when you sleep at night time.
