1. Have regular bowel movement, at least once per day with firm and shaped stool, not too loose, sticky or too hard.
2. Have regular urination at least 5 - 7 times per day with light yellow urine that's not too dark like tea or light coloured as water.
3. Have good sleep that you can fall into sleep easily, no disturbed vivid dreams that you still remember days after; wake up in the morning felling refreshed, not tired or unable to get out of the bed easily.
4. Have cool head and warm feet normally, especially when you sleep at night time.

If you had more than 3 ticks, you've done a good job looking after your health, otherwise your body energy or Qi is not in a good balance and you need to watch out your lifestyle to prevent more serious health issue developing.

Don't wait for your health insurance or Medicare to refund your health back, you either do something to keep your health or try everything to get it back later.

Regular bowel movement without difficulty of passing means a relatively healthy digestion, absorption and excretion of body waste.

2. Have regular urination at least 5 - 7 times per day with light yellow urine that's not too dark like tea or light coloured as water.
Regular urination means a relatively health body fluid metabolism.

3. Have good sleep that you can fall into sleep easily, no disturbed vivid dreams that you still remember days after; wake up in the morning felling refreshed, not tired or unable to get out of the bed easily.
Good night sleeps means a relaxed mental status; poor sleep quality will effect your health both mentally and physically; it can be an early sign of anxiety, stress, depression and lowered immunity.

4. Have cool head and warm feet normally, especially when you sleep at night time.
In Chinese Medicine, there is a state of heart-kidney in harmony balance where heart fire descents to warms kidney and kidney water reaches up to cool the heart down; both in communication/connection and the body's immunity will stay strong. When there's disharmony with heart-fire and kidney-water, one might presenting upper body (head) heat and lower body (feet) coldness. It is an early indication of poor health especialy the abovementioned is worse at night when one supposed to be resting.
