More than 3 ticks? It's time to put your health on the everyday things to do list now. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the art has been refined over thousands of years, and many different theories co-exist together. One of the school of thought is Organ Diagnosis (Zangfu theory). The follow list is not mean for your own diagnosis but rather a guide for examples of signs and symptoms you might have, when these organs having problem in Chinese Medicine term (i.e. not necessary the anatomical organ pathology). Lung: Dry nose; dry mouth, thirst easily; dry skin; abnormal day time sweating; dry cough or wet cough with colour sputum or nasal discharge; blocked nose; easily having shortness of breath after physical activities; stuffy chest; difficulty of urination; oedema; grief easily. Heart: Chest pain worse during colder weather; heart palpitation; difficulty to think or poor concentration; disturbed dream during sleep; emotional swing; feeling vexation easily; pale face complexion; purplish facial complexion; withered facial complexion; ulcer on tip of the tongue; stuttering; . Spleen: Feeling warm with cold hands and feet; oedema; teeth mark on tongue; early morning loose bowel or diarrhea; sticky stool; clear sputum; fatigue; lethargic; heaviness sensation or down baring sensation; prolapsed internal organs; easily getting bruises (haematoma) or bleed easily; prolonged menstruation; heavy period; erectile dysfunction; over thinking or worrying a lot; muscle wasting; anorexia or low appetite. Liver: Hypochondria pain; irritability or anger easily; stressed easily; depression; side headaches; red and sore eyes; sleep walk, nightmares; bitter taste in the mouth; yellow facial complexion; low or no appetite; vertigo; dizziness; constipation; burping or gastric pain (superficial gastritis); breast distension pain before or during menstrual period; premenstrual tension (PMT/PMS); irregular period (metrorrhagia) , stopped or no period (amenorrhea), period pain (dysmenorrhea), heavy period (menorrhagia) blood clots, scanty period blood; poor blood circulation with numbness of limbs; tight tendons and ligaments; poor nails, soft nails, dry red eyes; poor night vision. Kidney: diabetes mellitus, spermatorrhea (abnormal abnormally frequent or excessive emission of semen without orgasm); miscarriage; generally feeling cold, cold lower back, sore back and heels; weak knees; weaken bones, teeth; withered spirits; loss hearing and memories; frequent urination; premature ejaculation; erectile dysfunction; shortness of breath; poor immunity; hard stool Free diet advise on eating habits
